All products are shipped through the United Postal Service. Should you be purchasing an item(s) for a gift we recommend adhering to the USPS shipping timelines for Holidays. Our team works round the clock to get you your products on time and as fast we can.

Processing:

Please expect up to 2 (two) business days for processing orders during holidays.

Free Shipping:

Orders that are over $25 are given free regular shipping at checkout (enter, FREESHIP, for shipping to be waived). Please note, gratis shipping is not expedited. Should you wish to have your shipping expedited you will have to pay any and all additional fees associated with the shipping option you select.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8819 N Pioneer Rd, Peoria, IL, 61615, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
