Indications

For the temporary relief of itching associated with poison ivy, oak, and sumac; contact dermatitis, minor skin irritations, and inflammation; anal itching; rashes due to eczema; insect bites; soaps, detergents, cosmetics, and jewelry; and seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If your condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than seven days—or clear up and return within a few days—STOP USING this product—or any other hydrocortisone product—until you have consulted with a physician.

Directions For Skin Rashes

Adults and children two years of age and older: Apply hydrocortisone lotion to the affected area not more than three to four times daily to relieve itching or irritation. Do not use this product on children under two years of age unless under the advice of a physician.

Directions For External Anal Itching

Adults: When practical, wash the affected area with soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly. Gently dry by patting or blotting with a tissue or a soft cloth before the application of this product. Apply a small amount on the surface of skin only.
